The right candidate must have 8+ years of industry experience with at least 2 years of project management experience. Some travelling activity may be required once in a while. You must possess proven skills in:
- Project planning and monitoring
- Project scope definition and estimation
- Requirements management
- Resources identification and resource management
- Risks assessment and contingency planning
- Client management
- Performance evaluations
- Mentoring and training of resources
- Solid technical background
- Deep insight and thorough understanding of software engineering principals
- Knowledge and implementation experience of known PM methodologies
- Should be able to ensure quality through mature processes
And you must have/be:
- BSC/MSC/MBA degree from a recognized university
- Excellent communication skills
